Self-serve race registration for ESR cross-country team members

 

List your name under each race you plan to run this season. You don't have to sign up for every race now. You can sign up for races as the season progresses. If you sign up for a race and later change your mind about running, you can delete your name.ESR-XC-Team

 

Please sign up for each race at least a week in advance.

 

To add your name to any meet:

 

1. On the top navigation above the search box, click log in and sign in using the following user name and password:

 

2. Click the Edit tab above.

 

3. Add your first and last name to the meet(s) you plan to run.

 

4. After you add your name, be sure to click Save.

 Entry Guidelines: Open Men – 40:40 10K shape or faster; Open Women – 21:50 5K shape or faster; Masters Men (40-59) – 50:00 10K shape or faster; Masters Women (40-49) – 24:05 5K shape or faster; 50+ Women – 24:45 5K shape or faster; 60+ Men – 58:10 10K shape or faster;

Masters Race Note: All Masters runners will run together (separate race for men and women), but there is separate team scoring for 40+, 50+, 60+, 70+, etc…

Other Requirements: You must be a member of USATF to compete. Must be a U.S. citizen to run in the Open race; must be either a U.S. Citizen or resident alien to compete in Masters Races.

Location: East Lake Padden Park, Bellingham, WA

Race Schedule: 10AM Start, 4 person relay teams, each person runs 2.59 miles. (Teams are placed in age groups based on average age of the 4 members. We will assign relay teams primarily based on age division once we know who is running.)

Course: Grass and trails around Lake Padden, mix of flat and hills, over half the course is wooded

Course: 2,000 meter loopcourse on trails/grass with some moderately rolling hills with one steep downhill and uphill in the middle of the loop.
